This project was a multi-unit complex where we worked closely with our client to design a development that maximised the return on investment. 5 new residences were constructed on a 2000 sqm block, which already had a useable, existing dwelling. These units consist of a floor plan that contains 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and open plan living. This complex won the 2019 Master Builders Excellence in Building Award for Medium Density Dwellings.
